Ingredients:
1/3lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2c Cornstarch
1t Salt
1t Garlic Powder
1/2t Paprika
4T Butter
1T Olive Oil
6-8 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Lemon, 1/2 lemon sliced thinly, 1/2 lemon cut into wedges
1T Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet, over medium heat
2. While butter is melting, mix cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and paprika in small bowl
3. Coat shrimp in cornstarch mix, shaking off any excess
4. Add garlic and shrimp to skillet
5. Cook 3 minutes until shrimp start to brown
6. Flip to cook shrimp through and cook an additional 2-3 minutes
7. While shrimp are cooking, add 3-4 slices of lemon to pan
8. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley and black pepper
9. Serve over a bed of warm, white rice and enjoy!
